Website enquiries are stored privately in WordPress and sent to the Futurum business mailbox. Access is limited to people who need the information for their work.
We may use trusted hosting, email, IT-support and professional-service providers acting under our instructions. Information may also be disclosed where required by law, to protect legal rights or with your direction. We do not sell personal information.
If a service provider processes information outside the United Kingdom, we require an appropriate lawful transfer safeguard.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become projects are normally kept for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact.
- Customer, contract, invoice and project records are normally kept for six years after the relationship or relevant accounting period ends.
- Warranty, safety or dispute records may be kept longer where the product life, legal claim or regulatory requirement makes that necessary.
- Security logs are kept only for as long as reasonably needed to investigate abuse and protect the service.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to your information, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or withdrawal of consent.
Your right to object
You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests and to object at any time to direct marketing. Futurum does not currently use website enquiries for unrelated marketing.

The launch website uses only functionality needed to operate, secure and process the service-enquiry form. It does not currently include advertising analytics. If non-essential analytics or marketing tools are introduced, this notice and the consent controls will be updated first.
Futurum does not make decisions about people using solely automated processing that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
